In the summer between my first and second year at university, I spent two weeks work experience helping a costume department prep for an Immersive Bollywood themed party. I created the pink veil from a sari, trimmed the other veil, and cut out the linings for the jackets. I was present for two of the party nights - steaming costumes, assisting with costume changes and repairs.
